Product: HP All-in-One - 24-dd0017c

I have tried to install windows many times but have failed terribly and when It gets to the preparing screen it said error and told me I should restart it so I clicked ok and it started to get back on the preparing screen but it happened again and I need to get back on my account

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Generally, having a problem installing Windows usually points to a component problem. You should also disconnect unnecessary peripherals when doing a Windows installation.

 

Check your PC's hardware as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap The "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
