I have an omen X backpack that I would like to purchase an aditional set of batteries for, the parts code on the batteries does not work on https://parts.hp.com where do I go from here? I can find them 2nd hand from aliexpress and some random battery suppliers but would like to purchase direct from HP

Try this.

 

Go to HP PartSurfer.

 

http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx

 

Select your Country or Region:

 

Then do a search on your Serial Number.

 

See if there is another Part Number for the battery???
