Great computer but need to remedy lag during streaming and some games.

Would like to add a NVIDIA  TYPE card.

Which GPU cards would work with this computer?

your computer must be this one:

Lubin motherboard specifications.

In its current configuration with the small power supply in place:180 W uATX Regular internal power supply
You will be limited, the power supply is not always easy to replace.
So here is an example:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti (2 GB)

consumption: <75 W max

Dimensions: 14.5 cm x 11.2 cm (5.7 in x 4.4 in)
