TG02-0013W

Looking for ideas as to why a newer computer such as the TG02-0013W has these issues listed below:

"UNIT POWERED ON 2 TIMES THEN NO SCREEN.

FANS TURN, POWERS ON BUT NO DISPLAY."

I do not own this pc but was looking to possibly purchase it if it's fixable, I noticed the single stick of ram in the second slot also in the sellers pictures. Any insight with the limited information given would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi
it is quite possible that not recoverable
if there is a problem the computer usually emits a series of beeps
if not, it is likely that the problem is serious, sometimes unrecoverable corrupted bios, faulty motherboard!
but what do you want to know exactly?
according to what you mentioned it would be this model?
