Pavilion Core i5 9th Gen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team, I'm an avid PC gamer and have recently had a challenging time with my HP Pavilion Core i5 9th Gen gaming system. I typically play the following games and each time I'm in the middle of the gameplay, especially in the case of Runescape, my system either freezes or restarts automatically. I'm really worried as I bought the system just 8 months ago. Is it a system issue or something else? My OS is Windows 10. Please advise. I even checked for system overheating issues and couldn't find any.

@Siyagandhi89 , welcome to the forum.

The symptoms that you describe could be caused by several different things from driver conflicts to failed memory or processor.  What is the full model or product number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. Here is a guide to help you find it.
