HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this budget gaming pc from a Rent to Own retailer and as soon as I paid it off a week later the Internal HDD no longer would boot and failed the scans ran on it. I tried reaching out for help with HP but never got anything. Even made a post on here about the error codes that I was receiving when logging out of the one and only game I even play on a PC and checked it for 2 weeks afterwards and not a single response, so I was lost on what to do since my warranty on here said expired. I had never thought to check and see what the warranty said on the PC label or packaging. Come to find out, I just spent the money on a new Internal HDD spent a couple weeks studying the hell out of PC's components, terms, How To videos and instructions because I was not as "tech" as most people. I have installed the HDD this morning and as you see, I am leaving a message here, so got it in, bootable, windows 10, activated, and running better than ever. The problem is I am not paying $14.99 a month to ask one question about my warranty when plainly HP has it wrong or $99.99 plus tax to get my warranty reinstated somehow because though it says it is expired since June? 9? 2022, and was activated a year earlier, the packaging says the PC original shipment date or production date was Jan. 18th, 2021, and It has Warranty on the label on the bottom of the tower as 2y/2y/0y. So, I have a 2-year warranty on Hardware I know for 2 years. So why can't I talk to someone without having to pay to get this straight. This is not my fault nor my "mess up." I should not have to pay to get someone else's, or a company's fault corrected. I need to talk to someone about this and get my warranty corrected, which I should be credited since last June until date corrected being the date corrected as the start date for the other year of warranty I am suppose to have and reimbursement for the Toshiba 1TB HDD. Can anyone please help to get me in contact with someone or have someone from the Warranty Dept. contact me?

I apologize for the story but you know how you sometimes just get in the mood to tell it all lol....anyway, just looking for help to get in contact with someone who can help with my Warranty issue. Thank you in advance.
