I just recently bought myself a rtx 2070 super ( https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Gaming-PowerLink-08G-P4-3071-Kp/dp/B07Y93MGTJ/ref=sr_1_1?keyword... ) and wanting to replace that in my Hp Pavilion ( https://www.amazon.com/2018-HP-Gaming-Desktop-7/dp/B07JHCH9TQ) I'm not entirely sure if this will fit or is compatible with my pc. I did buy a 750w power supply to go with it. I'm just not sure if this graphics card will fit in my case/motherboard.

@Niic , welcome to the forum.

What is the full model or product number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.  Here is a guide to help you find it.

I don't think your RTX 2070 Super will fit in your case. One way for you to figure this out is take off the side of the case. Measure the size of your current video card. Then measure how much additional space you have in the case for a larger video card. While you have the case open you might as well measure the size of the stock power supply also to see if there is room for your new power supply.

If this is your system https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06124757  it shows:

Computer case Chassis

  • Height: 33.8 cm (13.3 in)
  • Width: 17.0 cm (6.69 in)
  • Depth: 27.7 cm (10.9 in)

Your EVGA video card https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-3071-KP  under specs shows:

Dimensions
  • Height: 4.38 in - 111.15 mm
  • Length: 10.62 in - 269.83 mm
  • Width: Dual Slot
