Will replacing my HDD personally will it void my warranty>

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 790-00xx

I have been having hdd failures on both short and long term tests and I have a SSHD in my home would this void my warranty?

No, replacing the HDD will not void your warranty unless you were to damage some of the components.  Just use caution and you will be fine.
