So recently I wanted to add more usable memory to my computer and it told me to restart it, and so I did. But when it turned on again, it showed me an error screen that said "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some info, and then we'll restart for you." Even when it goes to 100%, the screen never changes. I've tried numerous ways to get back into my PC, trying to reset it, command prompts, backing up the files and THEN resetting, and many others, but they all didn't work. By the way, the stop code keeps changing, but the most common one I've seen so far is 0xc000021a

Could you perhaps explain this again but this time, give more details as to exactly what you did and the steps you took?
Thanks
