Omen gaming hub

Hi, it has been a year since I won an omen keyboard through the omen gaming hub. Trying to contact HP via email has been absolutely useless, I've reached out to them every month over the last year to no avail. All I get are vague responses about how they'll "reach out to their UK team". It's been impossible for me to find a number for the UK team in the department I need. What the heck do I do to reach out directly to this wonderful and ever so reliable team?

So, let's start with your evidence -"Exhibit A", etc. so to speak.  Please provide/post a copy [ANY personal information blacked out, please] of the notification(s) that shows you actually won the keyboard, and any other correspondence indicating such if available.
