Hard Reset - Diagnostics
On a desktop system, unplug computer. If the power cord has a transformer (wall wart) unplug from the computer. Press the power button 2-3 times to discharge residual electricity then plug back in. |
For laptop and desktop:
Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer. |
If you can pass disk and memory diagnostics then we might be able to get the system to boot.
What do you mean by factory reset? What did you do?
Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.

Did you do the cloud restore? What do you mean by factory reset?
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

If you do not have cloud restore then you probably have "client restore" which is similar.
If you did the cloud restore and it is stuck in a boot loop then your drive is bad OR you need to go into the bios and use the F9 key to set factory default.
