Product: Omen 25L

I’ve literally just bought a brand new Omen 25L and when I plug it in the diamond on the front flashes the LEDs on my keyboard and mouse turn on but nothing else happens and no matter what I do I can’t get it to turn on properly. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging at back in again and I’ve even left it unplugged a little while to see if that would work and nothings worked yet I just keep getting the flashing diamond and nothing else.

Did this new PC ever work correctly?

 

You should be in the refund/exchange period.

 

Return to the seller for a refund or exchange.

 

No sense in trouble shooting a brand new PC. One would have to check all wiring connections, reseat components, and swap in replacement components to find the bad component.
