Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m CTO

Just got HP pavillion gaming computer in mail. Hooked it up but won’t turn on.  Disconnected and did it again. Still won’t turn on. What’s up?

@Jeffhutt , welcome to the Community.

 

I suggest opening the side panel and check all of the connections to assure they are tight.  It is not uncommon for one or more connections to loosen during shipment.  If there are none, then, you should contact HP Customer Support for help!
