Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You might find the recovery key stored in your Microsoft account if you did not back up this key locally during BitLocker setup.

 

Your system drive is encrypted. The recovery key is required to decrypt this drive.

 

Sorry to tell you this, but no recovery key means data on this drive is inaccessible.

 

You will have to do a HP Cloud Recovery or reinstall Windows.
