i have blue screen problem i did everything to stop it but i couldnt I reseted my laptop,updated it but it i still got it...it happend only when i play online games!
how can i fix this problem?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting bluescreen error when you are playing online games.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- What browser are you using to play online games?
- Have you tried using a different browser?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
While you respond to that, I recommend you download and install HP support assistant from the below link and install all the updates.
Here is how it is done.

Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Perform any other update management actions as needed.

Postpone an update: Click Remind me, and then select a time preference.

Delete an available update: Click the Delete icon
to remove the update from the list and record it in the action log.

Review updates status: Click Action log below the list to view installed, postponed, or deleted updates.

i cant use other browsers because when i download the game it will game the app and then i will just use the to enter the games
and yes i tried troubleshoot fixes and none of them worked even i reseted my device!
