Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15- dc1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i just got this today and it crashed several times as i was downloading and playing games. i did a system restore and it worked fine for a while but then it crashed again twice. its the blue screen one.  ive tried to figure out what the problem is but i couldnt find it. can anyone help me find out whats going on? and help me fix it? or else i might have to return it.

Personally I wouldn't waste any time on it. Return it for another.

 

You could try running the UEFI Diagnostics to see if there is a hardware issue, but you will still have to return it if you find one.
