@mario74 , welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that discusses moving a HP motherboard to a new case, but will have the same issues upgrading the HP motherboard to an ASUS using the HP case:  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Moving-HP-Motherboard-to-a-new-gaming-case/ta-p/...

 

Basically, the stand-offs in a HP case and the front case connectors may not be the same as the ASUS motherboard.  As suggested in the article, it is suggested that you contact ASUS's Tech Support for help. They are the experts on their products.  They are the experts on their products.
