i upgraded my "hp compaq 8200 elite convertible mini tower" from windows 7 to windows 10.
After that i tryied to play a game and my computer stopped and i must turn it off by pressing the button.

@Ziemo, welcome to the forum.
Here are the System Requirements for Win 10. It appears that your computer meets all of them. I suggest that you run Windows Update to assure that all of the drivers are the latest. I normally go into the Device Manager and select the component and choose Update driver. It will tell you if the latest driver is installed.
