hi guys, i just want to ask you if i can change my hp pavilion gaming 790-0008nx motherboard with MSI B365M PRO-VDH motherboar because i have a budget and cant buy a new pc and i want really to upgrade mine

No you cannot. That system is using a proprietary setup and the motherboard will not work in that case. No I/O access in the back for starters.
Did your original mobo fail, or you wanted to upgrade to 9th gen CPU? If you just want the 9th gen upgrade, its not really worth the money to do it. That new board would be better off used in a new case that can accommodate it.
And just in case you're wondering, no there isn't another 3rd party mobo to fit that HP other than an original HP for that model.
