The computer still can't start, if it starts, the waiting time is two, three hours. After turning it off, the waiting time is repeated. Despite the recommended instructions to restart the program, the problem remains unresolved. Due to the information used on the HP website, I ask the group for additional information on how to remove the system error so that it works properly. I am asking for help in this situation, which is very inconvenient for me. Best regards and thank you for your help.

Greetings @Jdhbsnsfbejsk
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC's startup problems sound really bad. It sounds like the PC may not start and then may take up to three hours to load Windows.
Looks like a hardware problem or Windows is in big trouble.
I have never experienced the problem you are having.
Check your PC's hardware (if possible) using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem. Run extensive tests.
Post hardware test results in the Forum.
You may have to back up data. And reinstall Windows.
