So I cant really play any game on this pc anymore, every time I launch a game and before the actual gameplay starts, my screen turns black and then shows no signal on the screen. HDMI cable and DP cable both work and the monitor has no problem whatsoever as I tested with my ps4 console and seemed to have no issue at all. I bought this product 3 months ago and this has been the first problem I've encountered. I was able to play any game for the first three months, no problem at all. Then one night, my screen turned black and showed no signal. I tried reinstalling my drivers and tested if it works but still no hope.  I can do all other things on the pc but not play any game unfortunately 😞

Hello
if you've tried updating the driver, tested an older driver, and still have a problem, it may be hardware

Either to be fixed, you try a factory recovery, or you contact the after-sales service directly.
