Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Omen 40L Gaming desktop. Historically with overclock set at 47x i would run at a benchmark of 6560. When set to 52x my benchmark would be at 7907. Inexplicably my benchmark at 47x now will not be any higher than 660 now. CPU is i7-12700K, 32 GB ram, GeForce RTX 3080 .  I have installed a resource monitor app called Process Lasso but i cannot specifically tie my benchmark to settings made in this software. Any suggestions on what is happening?
