Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have a bluetooth dongle tp-link 5.0 it was working fine. today when i got home to use it it just stopped working i have an error with my driver for it but when i try to mannually install the driver windows says i have the best driver for the device could it be an issue with the dongle or the driver

hi

it's a usb device, right?
do you have a reference, link of the model?
is it possible for you to connect it to a usb port, rear, if connected on the front?
Can you take a screenshot of the device manager where you can see the error?
