Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1815no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

whenever I start a game my computer crashes. I can still hear the system notification if i pull out my mouse but the game crashes as soon as i click start in the game and the audio for the game cuts out. The computer is still on but the HDMI stops and so does the game. i have tried to start different games and I have reinstalled windows but it still has the same result. I got the computer this December and it worked fine at first. I can be on google and do watch YouTube but it is when i launch a game it happens. please tell me if i posted in the wrong category.

If you mean December 2020, your original HP warranty should still be valid.

Contact HP, and make an official claim against the warranty. 

HP should offer to fix the problem, at no cost to you.
