one side of button on mouse works only in games needing to use both buttons and ive tried to fix this issue any way? I have only option in settings are left or right when selecting either side the other side does not respond in game cant do any ablites and cant shoot or aim I can only click one side of mouse to move. tried to use in game settings to fix but when selecting right side the left mb does not register to work. so I can only use one side this will not do..i need help

Check the mouse with a alternate device and check if that works?

 

Meanwhile:

Search for Device Manager and click the top result to open the experience. Double-click the Mouse option. Right-click the device, and select the Update Driver option. Click the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
