When my computer goes into sleep mode im not able to get it out unless I do a hard reset by holding the power button down. once I get it to turn off then i turn it back on i get code (cpu fan) 90b error code. once the computer shuts off automatically im able to turn it back on without any problems until it goes into sleep mode again. any solutions or fixes that are know?

Let me start off by saying this is a common issue with the 30L Omens, I am not sure why though.
If you search the forums for '30L wont wake up' or '30L sleep' you'll find a bunch of threads, but I haven't found one with a clear cut solution.

I came across this general video on fixing sleep issues on Win 11 devices, perhaps it's of use to you (note he disables sleep in the 2nd half, I'm referring to the power settings he changed. If it does help, please report back.

See for instance this thread (without solution) where 15 others have indicated they had a similar issue.

I came across another few potential fixes (and one other person mentioning that the power setting change did the trick).

Ideally I would ask you to change one thing at a time and test the sleep-function out, that way others that come across this thread will know which change did the trick/what the solution truly is. This will be harder to track down if you change multiple things at once.

Changing the power settings worked! wakes right back up from sleep mode when prompted. thank you

You might also find the information in this video useful. It describes the difference between Sleep & Hibernate, in terms of power efficiency & session recovery method, and he highlights a command that can be used to reduce the hibernation file size.
Note: the initial few minutes describe the fact that Shutdown has been changed & is no longer a true shutdown unless you Shift+Click shutdown.

tl dr; Hibernate saves your session on your SSD & shuts down, Sleep stores in RAM and stays powered.
Shutdown no longer provides a fresh boot, unless fiddled with, Restart does still clean boot the system.
