hi, im looking to completely rebuild my pc, with a new case, amd cpu, motherboard (x570 aorus elite wifi), and ram. i was wondering if the x570 elite wifi would support the 1060 3gb that came with the hp omen as i am looking to keep the graphics card. thank you

@blayde1x , welcome to the forum.

 

I reviewed the specifications of the MSI and Gigabyte X57O motherboards and they have PCI Express 4.0  x16 slots for the video card.  The video card in your computer is PCI Express 3.0  x16.  This means that you wouldn't be fully utilizing the power of the board.  However, the card should work for you.
