Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i would like to know if the power supply thats in the omen 870-224 has the right amount of pin connectors to work will the 2060 super it has 8 pins

Many times one of the PCIe connectors will be a 6+2-pin to allow for connection to an 8-pin connector.  You may want to make certain that the second one is only a 6-pin.

@omegaX , welcome to the forum.

 

Since your power supply unit (PSU) is 500W, I believe that it is more likely to have a 6-pin PCIe power connector, if at all.  You can open the side panel of the case and look inside.  If there is a PCIe power connector it will be hanging loose amongst the other cables.  It should be marked PCIe.

Well it has 2 six pins (one in the old graphics card) and one not plugged into anything and I’m guessing that means that I cant use this power supply for a 2060 super
