@sport2000, welcome to the forum.

 

Yes, you can upgrade the video card.  However, you will have to upgrade the power supply unit (PSU), also.  The existing PSU is only 180W.  You will need at least 500W to operate most of the newer cards and have extra power for peak needs.  You should measure the existing PSU and compare them to the PSU that you choose.  I like Corsair products.
