Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp ryzen 5 motherboard has loss access to hard drive, cd drive and USB devices.

I have replaced the motherboard in this pc and after almost 2 months the same thing happened again. i can access the bios but the motherboard doesn't see and drives, Why???
