Hi @joshuam2002

There are so many variables (local, host, and network) involved when gaming online.

A 13 ms network ping is good.

What ISP data plan do you have? I have 1000 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up with about a 32 ms ping. I usually get about 950 Mbps down and 54 Mbps up.

I have a 2080 Ti and a 9900K. I am sure you have newer and more capable components.

My online gaming experience is very good.

It is very difficult to troubleshoot this issue in a forum.

HP 25L PCs generally have very good components. You have not provided a specific HP product number so I don't know what you  have.

Run some local CPU and graphics card tests to see how things go.

Try Furmark to test the graphics card. Try Cinebench to test the CPU.

Check component temps using HWiNFO portable when running the above tests in windowed mode.

Trying to assist to determine if you have a: network, component, or heat problem.

Regards
