@didelfreedom Greetings from the HP Community!

If you are using the Game Stream option to host your device, please ensure you've gone through the list of steps below to set it up and proceed accordingly:

 

The first time you open Game Stream, you are prompted to create a user account. Your account can only be created on a host PC. To use Game Stream, you must create an account.

  1. On the sign in screen, first time users are directed create an account. Click Don't have an account? Sign up.

  2. On the Create your HP account screen, fill in the information and click SIGN UP.

  3. A verification code is sent to your email. Fill in the email verification code and click Submit.

  4. A screen verifies that your host account is set up.

    NOTE: 

    This screen disappears as soon as a client PC signs in with the same credentials.

  5. Install OMEN Command Center from the Microsoft Store on your client PC.

  6. Open OMEN Command Center on the client PC and log in using the same credentials as the host PC.

    Game Stream is now ready for remote game streaming.

When a user signs in on a client PC the host settings page displays. Depending on the number of clients signed in, the host settings page varies accordingly.

  • One host, one client PC connected
