i have victus 15l desktop and i dont have XMP profile in bios, and i cant on ram on 3200 mhz. Help!

Faster memory speed is limited if the PC's BIOS can't do XMP, DOCP, or EXPO. Many HP AMD AM4 MBs can do DOCP by using Ryzen Master.

I usually recommend Crucial memory upgrades for Victus 15L PCs. And there is no guarantee your HP PC will get 3200 MT/s using Crucial Memory.

This Site lists many benchmarked Victus 15L PCs. You can review individual PC configurations at this site to check memory speed and memory: capacity and brand used in each test PC. The list is big so it will take some time to check each PC.

You might be able to reduce the sample size of reviewable PCs at the above site by using a better identifier such as:
