hi, currently got my daughter a laptop but everytime she tried playing roblox or any apps it laggs like crazy is there something i get or a upgrade i can do to it to stop it lagging?

You have not provided the Laptop's hardware specs or a Product Number.

Roblox: system and internet requirements are very modest. See Roblox requirements Here.

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

I would have no idea why a reasonably equipped Laptop (CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage) can't do Roblox and run other Apps if hardware tests look good.

Is the new Laptop still eligible to do a return/refund? Usually about 30 days from purchase date.
