Product: 875-0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this computer at BestBuy open box and the specs looked good at the price and the first game I played on it was Fortnite I got 240 fps when playing for a couple of weeks and after 1-2 months i now barely get 150, I've updated all of my drivers and I put my computer on high performance. I don't know what happened but I need help bad.

IMHO it is not the computers fault.  There are factors working that against you.

1) Internet speed

2) Bandwidth of the site  As more players enter, your FPS will drop.

3) Settings of Fortnite.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
