i should have been provided by a real life time valid microsoft office but it says to start a trial

New Microsoft Office customers receive one month free of cost for the use of this software.

If Office came pre-installed on your new device, see Activate Office that's pre-installed on a new Windows 10 device.

Did you actually pay for MS Office ? MS Office 365 comes pre-installed. If you bought it, you have the product key.

Microsoft's suite of productivity software -- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint -- typically costs $150 for a one-time installation (as Office 365), or between $70 and $100 every year for subscription service access across devices and family members (as Microsoft 365).
