so i noticed this problem yesterday. I often play games on this laptop, for about 4-5hrs a day or so. I always play games with charger plugged in even when the charge is at 100%, because some games require that extra power from the adapter for best performance. Today i was playing an old 2015 game which obviously doesnt require that much power once the laptop was fully charged i unplugged it, and continued playing the game. Now i know and ive seen on youtube that this laptop can handle games on battery for at least 1.5hrs if not 2, when im doing usual work the battery goes on for 4-5hrs. But what happened is that after 30-35m of playing the game on battery the laptop suddenly shuts down and its 0% i was shocked but i thought maybe the charge wasnt full. it happened again today, what's weird is today just 5-10 min before suddenly shutting down i checked the battery percentage it was above 50%, and then after 5-10 min it suddenly shuts down showing 0% when i plugged the charger in. The CPU and GPU temperatures dont go above 80 degrees when playing games which is a normal temperature for playing games. Any solutions?
