my game keeps stuttering

i was trying to play fortnite and my game takes forever to load and my game stutters like crazy im on low settings too anyone plz help.

This is a tough one to figure out.

Do you have similar problems with other games?

Download and run Furmark to check system stability

Game stuttering could be caused by any component required to run the game or Windows system interrupt problems. Troubleshooting system interrupt problems is a black hole.

Long game load times point to a possible storage device problem. I test PCs using 3DMark. 3DMark load times on my PCs having very fast M.2 SSDs take a while. 

Check your PC's system drive using Crystal Disk Mark.

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
