I keep getting blue screen of deathed and it says memory issue, i ran the memory thing and it told me that i had a memory issue and to contact the manufacturer and thats what im doing now, please help!

Hello @StormZ20 

I guess that your notebook has 2 RAM modules and 1 module is defective.

 

From service manual: "

Memory Memory is integrated into the system board DDR4-3200 dual-channel support Supports the following configurations ● 8 GB ● 16 GB

"

 

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair

 

HP warranty expired:

You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Yes, but here you are not at the warranty support service
you must contact HP directly  if you are still under warranty

but but if more the case, you indicated here, a desktop computer and not a laptop / notebook

according to the product page only one 8 gb module, not two, but you should check

So if damaged, it must be replaced
you can help yourself with the scan too!

take the opportunity to upgrade to 16 gb if possible
