Hi @17spencer17

You should provide a specific HP Product Number to get better assistance. There is a good chance HP may not provide product info for your PC if it is over10 years old.

A Win 7 operating system would suggest your PC has been in use for quite some time if the PC shipped from HP with W7 or an earlier operating system.

The PC is not providing video output and you hear a ticking noise. This suggest a hardware problem.

Any signs of other activity when you start the PC? Startup sounds, fans spinning, LED activity?

The ticking sound could be caused by, but not limited to, a misaligned fan, the HDD has failed, or the power supply has failed. The PC will show no signs of life if the power supply has failed.

It may not be cost effective to fix the PC if the MB or CPU has failed.

Regards
