Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I'm sorry. I've got to ask this question.

 

Is your WIFI network working?

 

Have you tried restarting the PC?

 

I would not know why your PC can't see any WIFI connections if your router is working and all is well in Control Panel>Device Manager>Network adapters.
