I started omen command center, then i opened services from cortana. I looked throught them and i didn't find HP Omen HSA Service.

I re-read your model number. You must have added the Omen command center yourself because it didnt come with it. Correct?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the exact error message?
  • Could you please share the screenshot of the error display?
  • What is the operating system?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
