Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, the Omen Command Center is not working.

Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -

1) May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this link for steps to find the product details.
(Ensure not to share the serial number, email, phone number, etc.)

2) Were there any hardware or software changes made?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps -

Solution# 1 Updating OMEN Command Center from the Windows Store -

1) Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
2) Search for OMEN Command Center.
3) Click Update.
4) Wait while the program downloads and installs.
5) Click Play.

Also, try updating the computer -

Solution# 2 Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Click on this link to run the Windows Updates troubleshooter.

Solution# 3 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Solution# 4 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Let me know how that goes.
