Hi@dogdogtv21,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing keyboard issues with the Omen By HP Laptop PC. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

If your notebook computer has a backlit keyboard, press the F5 or F4 (some models) key on the keyboard to turn the light on or off. It might be necessary to press the Fn (function) key at the same time.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
  • Click on this link for more details. https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c01612362

what sh1t are you on about? I have the Omen Sequencer keyboard £160  that is now useless because I need the illumination and it will not light up because of error code OXC0000135 or OX8oo7oo7E

I have tried to re load the Gaming Hub to correct this as the gaming Hub is needed for the Light Studio but the mose is illuminated but not the keyboard because of a software problem as the CAPS-LOCK lite does come on?
