Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

laptop has been having issues starting up. when i first accessed it, it started by not letting me insert my pin. everytime i would try to log in, it would go black screen then i would have to do it again. i tried restarting it but now, it’ll make a startup noise that i’ve never heard before, and then stay black screen, or i’ll get messages saying that something couldn’t be repaired, and it’ll say to restart it and then back to the beginning.
