Hi @ragul-33,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Victus 15 (fa2375TX, Intel i5‑13420H with RTX 4050) does not show the Performance Mode option in Omen Gaming Hub, even though you’ve updated software and are charging the laptop. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Confirm Omen Gaming Hub Version

Open Omen Gaming Hub and check the version under Settings > About.

Make sure it’s the latest release from the Microsoft Store, as older builds may not display all modes.

Check HP System Event Utility

This utility enables Omen Gaming Hub features.

Download and install the latest HP System Event Utility from HP’s support page for your model.

Without it, performance modes may not appear.

Verify Power Plan Settings

Go to Windows Settings > Power & Battery > Power Mode.

Set it to Best Performance.

Omen Gaming Hub relies on Windows power profiles to unlock higher modes.

Understand Victus vs Omen Differences

On some Victus models, Omen Gaming Hub only shows Balanced and Quiet modes.

Performance Mode is reserved for certain Omen laptops and desktops.

This is a design limitation, not a software error.

Update BIOS and Drivers

Install the latest BIOS and chipset drivers from HP’s support page.

These updates ensure hardware communicates correctly with Omen Gaming Hub.

I hope this helps.
