hello. this is the first time i come back on the website ever since my first incident. i have figured out what to do if the screen is stuck but that is not the case for my conversation today. when i get the please wait update, it usually gets frozen and does not move. is this completely normal for an hp pavilion gaming laptop? or is it just something to be looked in at?    please let me know thank you and goodbye to all

hi

it depends
it may happen that the computer seems to be frozen
the process is sometimes quite "heavy" / complicated
the update is being installed, do not touch anything
but if it ever takes too long and the update will never install, then yes there may be a problem!
