my pc crashes randomly it just shuts down without giving a warning or anything, in event viewer in system i get (warning 6155, 15, 10016) (error 1796, 7000, 6008) (critical event kernel power 41)

i tried to do a ram healt check it just crashes randomly when i try to do it.

in hp pc hardware diagnostic i do the extensive system test and it passes everything expect that it crashes on the cpu test.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Is your PC in warranty? Contact HP for warranty support.

 

You have a CPU problem or a PSU/MB power delivery problem if HP Diagnostics crashes during the CPU test.

 

Have a local PC Tech take a look if your PC is not in warranty.

 

A local PC Tech can swap in different components to find the bad part.

Contact HP per the link in my first response to get warranty service.

 

It looks like your PC has a hardware problem.
