my screen shuts down / restarts after a few minutes of play (sample: GT Arcade games) - is it the screen (32 "flat screen) or is it the computer that is causing it?

Hi @Ivan50
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To better assist you - Are you experiencing this issue only while playing the game or happens with other tasks as well?
I'd suggest try connecting the computer to another monitor in order to isolate the issue.
Try these steps -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hello Asmita6658
Tnx. so much for ur replay on my problem, but I have already tried to connect another monitor - and the problem is the same...
I have no problems with other tasks - or when I do other things on comp...
- it´s only when I play games .. (and this is not every time, I have tried to close other programs while I play, but it does not help).
- My windows update always runs in the background (as well as antivirus program) - so it is constantly up to date ..
I also r working with the HP Support Assistant Updates - - I have taken the "Systemtest" - and it failour on the IRQ Test with this link, so maybe it´s that - - or what it draws to. ?
finally Here, before I restart - I'll just try to update my screendriver - and my videoscreen card (driver to it)
- - let me know from u again, what ur point of view:

Thanks for replying.
Have you checked the system requirements for the game? If the game is compatible, try re-installing it again and check.
IRQ test failed refers to network card failure.
Let me know.

I know the IRQ test - because there are errors on the cable connection (the network card) - so I disconnected the cable, I don´t use no cable connection.. I run my entire online access via WiFi - - (an ASUS dongle) - - and it works fine with all other work I do on the comp.
- in regarding to the system requirements for the game. - whether the game is compatible or not; I can't see - or don't know where to find out. . . There are several different games I play which made this failure after a little gaming - and I only have a shortcut link on my drive, ie no definite installation on comp. - - it´s a game "GTArcade - League of Angels" and some other games via FaceBook.
