So here's the thing.

whenever I put 16 gb(2x8gb) of ram into my laptop in just start stuttering. and i don't know what to do. at first i though that it is just a ram issue but when i test if if the problem would happen if i only put 1 ram it doesnt stutters  same as the other ram. and so i bought another ram which has 16 gb storage because i thought that maybe its because the laptop cant take both ram. but that isnt the problem it still stutters. ps: I have almost do all of the diagnostic i have known.

Hi @KCsy12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
